My flight was a 6:30 departure and my alarms were set to go off at 4:40 and 4:42 and at 5:07 Will had got up to use the restroom and thank goodness noticed what time it was and woke me up! I have not slept through an alarm in years!!! I RUUUUSHED to get ready, again thank goodness I laid out my outfit last night and had my bag packed and ready to run out the door. I drove as fast as I could, ran through the security line which was surprisingly long for a Wednesday morning, grabbed a quick pastry at a kiosk and literally walked right to the gate and onto the plane. PHEW!!! I just made it. Thank Jesus!
Tonight I have a connecting flight in Phoenix to get back and my plane is scheduled to get home in SJ around 10:50pm. What a fun experience!!!
